lived in Myrtle Beach back in the 80's and got a B.S. speeding ticket. Took it to court and told the judge I was not speeding, he asked me how I knew, so I told him my car has a working speedometer. He retorted smugly do you not thing my officer has a speedometer also, to which I replied that I was sure he did, but it tells him how fast he is going not how fast I am. He was not impressed but did reduce the ticket.

The word authority comes from the word author. The author of an act has authority over that action to do whatever he or she sees fit. If your taxes payed for that building and property then you are the author you have authority over that property and that building. They cannot trespass you from something that you OWN
If that is true Florida made a law you can be arrested for filming someone needs to press that into federal court. The Supreme Court trumps Stste law.
I'm from out of state….in M.B. to go to the House of Blues. Got a ticket for having an unopened bottle of alcohol in my purse…which was illegally searched…my husband(large bodybuilder)was harrassed,our vehicle was searched,5 police cars responded, one of which was a canine officer…they found no contraband. We were pulled because we were driving below the speed limit trying to find our exit. I was taken into custody until my husband could come back with the fee and court cost for the ticket because I was from out of state! In a city where the main income is tourism! We did not argue or resist….it's just a freaking trap to squeeze as much from tourists as they possibly can. And the crime there is horrible…there's a reason it's call"murder beach"!! Never been back…..and that was 20 years ago…
