16. Hey if your going to say stop and IF you need to explain that even in a stop and ID state that state has to meet the same requirements that any other state has to meet because the requirements are set by the Supreme Court that sets the requirements for every state so…….

20. I hate it how cops always say they HAVE to respond to every call. If someone calls 911 and complains that someone drove by their house, or was playing baseball, the cops wouldn’t be sent out. How is that any different than someone practicing legal, constitutionally protected activities?

21. I learned from "LEO Roundtable" that good cops "talk nice but think mean." I don't dislike cops, but I can't help but remember that advice whenever I see or talk to a cop. Cheers

    In the peoples republic of California citizens are free to fish from municipal piers 24/7 365 without a fishing license.
