I remember when I was driving to school with my dad one day a cop stopped us for no reason and we were in a rush my dad called him a jerk he didn’t know his rights got a 200 dollar ticket and I was late to class and when my dad challenged the ticket he was threatened for another one if only he knew his rights
Furthermore. Posted speeds are recommended. The basic rule still trumps. That can actually go both ways. If its a clear road, dry clear day. No traffic. Theres no harm in am extra 10-15 mph. As citizens we should be trusted to use judgement.
I think citizens , auditing the police in the field is great for police reform. Everyone is talking about reform but no one is doing anything.
The grant thing is legit. I've seen M.A.D give money to police departments to help with extra dui patrols.

Every run in I've had with a mexican cop they have always been super chill and nice dudes. It's always usually those young white rookies that are on a power trip. Lol for me and my experience with officers anyway.
Obviously it slows people down when there's more cops in the area, you dumbass. As if you down slow down if you're speeding and see a cop on the side of the road.. Furthermore, word spreads quick when you're a local. "Hey, watch your speed in this town, there's been a lotta cops out lately."
