U.S. Constitution NOT void where prohibited by law !!

We believe that many of our rights and civil liberties as American citizens on American soil are at great risk and that a simple act of civil disobedience has the power to effect great change. While we have no interest or intention in breaking any law, we are willing to stand up for freedom and the constitution at any time and at any place and do so in a responsible and productive manner. It is our goal to create free and open discussion whenever possible in an effort to educate both ourselves and anyone with a desire to learn. A well known rule of government is that ignorance is no excuse for the law. It is our stand that we as Americans have been either uninformed or misinformed regarding our laws and rights for far too long. We are not attorneys or scholars, however we have been involved in professional photography for over 30 years and have had our rights and freedoms challenged more times than we can remember. No one group or person has the ability to effect change across the board, however we are committed to doing our part by continuing to stand up for our constitutional right to free press and the right to take photographs and video in public. All donations will be used exclusively to further this cause. We want to thank you in advance for your support of what we do and want you to know that we are committed to working harder than ever to defend our rights, your rights and the Freedom to Film in Public!!

  1. Do you have footage in Bozeman cause you can film everything at the police department walk though the cars all public access

  2. Guys I think Jason is was in the East Hampton Fire Department on Long Island. I know what his 2 frequencies. F-1 is 46.46 that’s Countywide and 46.34 that’s unit to unit and 7th division frequency.

  3. Got to love the Firemen who only want to save lives, structures, environment and are uninterested in political positions [Upper echelon; Captain, Chief, Inspector, Fire Marshall].

  4. Fun Fact: Ghost Adventures did an episode in a place called the Dumas Brothel. About 4 blocks from this water. They claimed that the ghosts somehow were able to use the high energy emitted from this body of water.

  5. Pierce fire engines are made in Wisconsin. They are up in the Appleton area. Down the road is Oshkosh Corp and they make some badas$ military equipment.

  6. In the city of La Mesa, CA. you have to have a college degree but I'm not too sure which kind. If a big tough fireman has a problem with camera's he might want to stay in his home and watch Amagansett Press otherwise remove all the cameras in the state, city and all public buildings.

  7. Amagansett press is the gold standard of American journalism… Truth in the raw , I love it … You guys deserve the best ✊️

  8. Damn Jason.. next time you come through MT (Bozeman) drop a line.. will give you a tour and show you were to go! Another great video

  9. You're clickbait titles are hilarious. I dont mind it. I come into the video ready for a confrontation, instead we get a wholesome interaction between reasonable people. Good shit brother

  10. Imagine your town being so shitty that its claim to fame is the largest collection of disgusting water in the nation LMMFAO

I guess I cant talk though, my town is known as Methford soooo….

  11. Not to bright leaving the engine running with the door open. Then not paying attention anybody can steal it. They are public servants I worked for California fire Department. I was paid. Fulltime. I use to give the physical test. We have battalion chief assistant chief fire commissioner engineer and the crew is paramedics

  12. This firefighter is a great example of how cops should act while being recorded… difference is firefighters don’t and are not TRAINED to have the ego that the cops do

  13. As a Canadian I get very little legal benefit from watching these types of videos but I do sure learn more about the towns in the US. more info of like that would be nice info for those not in the US and maybe even for some of the US people

  14. I like watching this guy because its like having a inexpensive trip to these places…its just ordinary viewing like l was there just walking around…its very suttle but l also enjoy when he stirs it up

  15. You would absolutely expect firefighters not to be scared of cameras, they're up there in the top layers of bravery and commitment, and as for the firefighter that didn't like his picture being taken he did the exact right and sensible thing, he said nothing and just kept away from the camera

  16. Bless that man, what a sweetheaet. Very informative and interesting.Thank you, that was a great video. Such beautiful country out there!

  17. We used to hide from the news camera because we had a tradition if you were pictured in the newspaper or on the tv news, that firefighter had to buy the whole station ice cream. 😀
