We believe that many of our rights and civil liberties as American citizens on American soil are at great risk and that a simple act of civil disobedience has the power to effect great change. While we have no interest or intention in breaking any law, we are willing to stand up for freedom and the constitution at any time and at any place and do so in a responsible and productive manner. It is our goal to create free and open discussion whenever possible in an effort to educate both ourselves and anyone with a desire to learn. A well known rule of government is that ignorance is no excuse for the law. It is our stand that we as Americans have been either uninformed or misinformed regarding our laws and rights for far too long. We are not attorneys or scholars, however we have been involved in professional photography for over 30 years and have had our rights and freedoms challenged more times than we can remember. No one group or person has the ability to effect change across the board, however we are committed to doing our part by continuing to stand up for our constitutional right to free press and the right to take photographs and video in public. All donations will be used exclusively to further this cause. Specifically, we  need to upgrade our computer, video editing software and purchase additional video gear. We want to thank you in advance for your support of what we do and want you to know that we are committed to working harder than ever to defend our rights, your rights and the Freedom to Film in Public!!

  1. But she had drugs in her car LOL, they could have asked for a k9 unit and kept her there for hours, shes lucky just to get the one ticket

  2. You saved that woman from getting her fece bashed in by those tyrants
The man cop looked at your camera at The same time he wanted to react and get violent with the driver

  3. These police officers should be removed from work: they search her car without permission; and they became aware of this major violation, they decided to use the classical excuse that "I search your car because I smelled marihuana." With the evidence here, she could take them to court, and win!

  4. Why they make a traffic stop in America a big drama, because this is the only time they can abuse their powers.

  5. wow, obviously she is a hardened dangerous criminal, shake and roaches' are a public threat, OMG, she should get life imprisonment…thank god these tyrant cops are protecting and serving… what would we do wihtout tyrants with guns

  6. I have a familial connection to East Hampton… just saying 🙂 Never had any issue with the cops there, but then I never talked on my phone whilst driving. In any case, thank you and good job for being there for that lady. So many people do not know their rights when confronted by the police. I used to be one of those until I educated myself…

  7. I use to work at the post office. I noticed that postal vehicle driving with the door open. They have zero tolerance for driving safety infractions. Like I just saw, driving down a road with the door open will get you fired. Dangerous. Also not locking doors when leaving vehicle to deliver package on porch, curbed wheels and seatbelt!

  8. Cop asks to search my vehicle I just say no.. then they run around the bushes trying to ask why…I just tell them you're going to waste your time there's nothing in my car but dog food and a bowl of water

  9. Heroes my ass…. No such thing as a good cop don't even give me started on the female quota higher that couldn't protect herself out of a paper bag… Takes five male officers to back her up on the easiest task pathetic walking liability

  10. Cops all know citizens have rights. And they all know techniques of how to manipulate the situation to use those rights against you.

  11. Last I got pulled over in another State. Trooper ask me if he can search my vehicle. I answered no. The trooper asked “What do you got to hide.” I replied “Your wife.” He was pissed off!

  12. Oh the war on drugs. Harass hundreds to catch 1 low level users. This only hurts police community relations and does nothing to make the community safer. Their ground for detention are over. This prolonged detention is unlawful.

  13. All this is doing is making it harder on the cops. By you standing here and recording these cops you are making a huge disturbance in the scene. This woman is clearly showing off for the camera. Thanks for your non-necessary ridiculous audits as you called him

  14. Thats all it takes visable drugs. You missed point the cell phone usage. All this should be a 2 way street. Public don't ride dirty and cops stay inline with the law.
