I Can Badger You All Night And Get Paid For It – Everything Law and Order Blog

The department has already turned off commenting on most of their posts to avoid criticism, so here is a direct link to a post on their page that you can comment on. If they turn of commenting on this post, they have also posted a phone number on the FB page where they can be reached. The officer in the video is still emoployed, and the department has failed to make a public appology yet.

  2. Some of the things this officer said go far beyond correct conduct and professional standards. "I can badger you all night and get paid for it"? Is this what we pay public servants for? Ashes on the door; come on, this tells me the officer is admitting that he has nothing but a poor attitude and disdain for the public for someone that is doing nothing wrong. I suppose he can check on the welfare of the car but once the occupant says I'm fine, watching a movie, that should be all and nothing more.

  3. The AROGANCE , and IGNORANCE of this Dirty Cop , is SICKENING , as he purposely tries to INTIMIDATE this law Abiding Citizen to get his ID .

This CORRUPTED Cop is purposely attempting to VIOLATE a law abiding citizens Constitutional Rights , and admits being sued " won't be the first time " , showing he is hiding behind his QUALIFIED IMMUNITY !

  4. See the only laws that certain cops believe in is their laws but again, start suing the DA and prosecutors who basically don’t hold officers accountable. That’s also their job.

  5. When the supervisor essentially states that the driver shouldn’t worry about being dragged out of the car because his windows are up and doors are locked has completely missed the point.

  6. I hope that in my lifetime, state legislators pass law that revokes QI, and mandates that police officers being sued have to pay out of their own pocket. Until then, these types of incidents will only increase in number. Start writing your representatives folks. Strength in numbers.

  7. 911 doesn't need or have a right to demand your name. You can remain anonymous if you want, in fact most often you should buy it's always up to you!
