Hey those bungees are part of chaining up man. Youre supposed to use em thats what tightens up the chains as your rolling down the road. Helps position em right on the tires too. Dont buy the fancy orange "spider" ones the break faster than regular $2 bungees..kepp it between the ditches if you can see em
