As an EMT or Paramedic and a person actually committed a murderer and we lied on our runsheet that person could walk free but if a cop lies on a completely innocent person on their runsheet that person can go away for life. We're both public servants yet not equal. It's those lies that destroys lives. Recently, law enforcement has been quoted in saying they didn't know they couldn't lie on runsheets. That's ridiculous! 23. What exactly is a lawful order anyhow? When a cop tells you to do anything is it a 'lawful order'? It is only a lawful order when it is issued to uphold the law. The law enforcer does not always issue lawful orders. In fact, most times a law enforcer issues orders that are not lawful. That is, they make up the law as they go, unless they are put in check.

In principal, an officer word should have greater weight, the problem with this IDEAL they have proven they will lie and often do or at the very least they will embellish the points to make it their truth regardless of the actual facts.
