Its pretty funny I found out parking lot street signs weren't enforceable when I was 15. I was doing donuts in an Albertson's parking lot when a cop came up to talk to us. Luckily he was OK and told us the most he could do was tresspass us. After talking to him about what would happen if we wrecked, he told us about the signs.

He was told more than once that he wasn't detained, so when did the charge start? When his ego was bruised?
If youre doing nothing wrong how come you start to bail and get scared when they commence to try to arrest you?
I have called and demanded these criminals with badges be removed from patrolling the streets for victims. I have family that lives in this town and we now have genuine concern for their safety.
These false officers should be removed & further banned from holding any future authoritative positions.
