4. I recently earned my criminal justice degree. I was disgusted after an internship and decided against being an officer. I'd like to start going live on traffic stops in my area. 6. Laura when that happens it means the ground on your car is losing connection. Check that the ground cable from your battery is making connection. Clean the Battery terminals.
