  2. Until cops are accountable to the same laws they manipulate and use to destroy lives…..they will continue to do what they want and refuse complaints….why not? That settlement isn't at any cost to them! …..their conscience isn't a problem for them….The public has to stop living the lie police ARE NOT heros and they are costing us a whole lot more than those hefty salaries when it's all said and done. Just think for a moment how 10, 20, 100k could be used for a real need in your own community instead of paying for the ego of idiots like this who who put their safety before yours!

  3. I'd be suing fatty for excessive force.
And the supervisor for refusing to allow me to redress grievances.

  4. Without me taking the time to read 663 comments (I hope you do), I find NO reason to be upset with you being upset with those police. I'm from the "Don't poke the bear" school when they do not deserve it. These deserve it.
$20K bumps each year? Union contracts (cozy relations between the politicans and unions and cops) might dictate the amount.
Affect his pension? You will NEVER win on that one.
One town/state pays 65% of their salary in the final 3 years, and they work so much overtime ….BIG MONEY. Perhaps the % is based on years. The tax payers don't know and don't get involved (and probably run into walls like on the video IF they even attempt to get answers or make things realistic and fair.

  6. 35 years without promotion, thank the unions.
Without unions he'd be fired and replaced long, long ago.

  7. This guy is vested, too late to get his retirement. But there are plenty of bad rookies that admire this bad cop and are ready to play the tyrant. Those guys can be fired and lose years of pre-vesting time before being fired. Thats a big hit when they go someplace else to work and have to start the vesting clock all over again.

  8. Str8 BULLY BEHIND A BADGE, HE IS ONE OF THE ONES THAT COULD OR HAVE GOTTEN GOOD COPS AND PLL INJURED OR KILLED he Does not need to on the streets.

  9. What an absolute embarrassment to all cops…and Italians …35 years still patrolman…yeah that makes sense now
