when I drove by this stop, they were already pulling stuff out of the trunk, which is the last of the search areas they do in a car….I walked up towards the end, after they didn’t find anything, and are taking their sweet time with paper work, hoping something comes back so they can arrest him- but I showed up…..I always ask about consent, because it is one of the rights most violated by the police/sheriff

Unfortunately, her video wasn't able to capture all the audio of the encounter so it is, once again, a 'he said, he said' scenario. Good job Laura Shark. LaurasharkCW – I can ALREADY hear the excuse that will likely appear on the report now, "we intended to tow the vehicle and began conducting an inventory, but decided to release the vehicle because they were being cooperative"… the excuse is "old reliable" and one of their favorite go-to excuses when they never called for a wrecker or anything else they normally would do for a vehicle getting towed, its just an excuse after to "protect and serve, themselves"…
