7. Ending QI is important, but is something of a distraction from the REAL problem. QI does not even apply in criminal cases. The REAL problem is that PROSECUTORS DO NOT ENFORCE CRIMINAL LAW ON COPS, except when the consequences are brutal and caught on camera. They only do it when there is no way to avoid it. Prosecutors aid and enable criminal cops whenever they can. Indeed, they encourage and support the criminality. The real problem is CRIMINAL PROSECUTORS. THE SYSTEM MUST BE CHANGED TO MAKE PROSECUTORS PERSONALLY ACCOUNTABLE FOR AIDING AND ABETTING CRIMINAL COPS in events of false arrests and violations of civil rights, whether or not the victim has been physically injured. Police who use their badge to bully and intimidate as a substitute for constitutional police work MUST BE PROSECUTED. PROSECUTORS WHO FAIL TO PROSECUTE MUST BE REMOVED AND SUBJECT TO THEIR OWN PROSECUTION. Limiting police accountability to federal civil suits is itself criminal.

10. It is the strength, connections and reach of Police unions which keep qualified immunity in place. Pres Biden tried to get QI removed in his Bill last year. The push-back of Police unions was the reason it was taken out.

    Please begin naming and shaming the police unions. Everybody. Or NOTHING WILL CHANGE.
