24. Completely disagree. You HAVE to sue the appropriate agency every time this happens. We had a real scum bag Sheriff here; Joe Arpaio. He cost the County MILLIONS in lost lawsuits and it fiinally was one of the reasons he got kicked out of office. I can guarantee you that what happened in this video; the final outcome, will change nothing in the way that Sheriff's Office operates.
