    They do not make decisions about our rights. They set precedence (stare decisis) for making sure what is occurring during that time frame of the subject matter at hand does not deprive "We the People" of our rights should another occurrence of a similar experience happen.

But there were not nearly as many slaves throughout The United States back then as there are RIGHT HERE RIGHT NOW TODAY ! $23 TRILLION in DEBT is all .
