6. I’m not 100% sure where you’re at but inside San Diego city limits if a reporter is inside a crime scene before they put the tape up he is allowed to stay they cannot force him to leave. Check with JC Playford he can give you the heads up on that it’s happened to him and he has won the lawsuit against it.

26. I love when they say it's nobody's business then they take a mug shot and put it on the computer for anyone to see along with the charge. So you could go on the computer in a couple of hours go into the sheriff's department website pull up their mug shots see who it is and what they're charged with but yet these m********** won't say anything just to funk with you. I would go down just to tie them up and do AFOI on every arrest they have that they tell me it's private

28. 1 citizen 1 car you need 13 cops and 8 cop cars? Over staffing is a major problem in a lot of communities across the United States. My little town of 62,316 (as of 2017) residents has a brand new 60,000 square foot Police Headquarters with 26 civilian employee's and 115 officers. We also have the Pottawattamie County Sheriff Department with 8 civilian employee's and 51 sworn deputies 92 correctional facility employee's and 13 reserve deputies. On Interstate 29 on the eastern edge of town is the Iowa Highway Patrol Headquarters District 3 with 1 civilian employee and 26 Troopers 3 Sergeant's and 1 Lieutenant. There are other federal and state law enforcement, but they aren't usually a patrolling division. If I add up all the law enforcement listed here you get 336 total employee's of which only 196 actual patrol law enforcement. Its funny how the state troopers cover 200 square miles with only 30 total people yet little old Council Bluffs, Iowa has 115 police officers for 40.97 square miles. It still takes them forever to show up though. We have never needed the police, but I was on a murder trial jury once and the 911 tapes showed 13 minutes from the initial call to a man beaten to death. I can drive from one end of town to the other and obey all traffic rules in 12-13 minutes. The dead mans family tried to sue for failure to perform their duties in a timely manner.
