A local homeless woman in new Smyrna had a check cashing incident with an officer who had arrested her in the past.

Due to a poor investigation, we don’t know if the money was returned in full, the bwc was not on and property report was not done.

Nor do we know how many times this has happened.

Officer deal who was subject of the complaint received no disciplin, despite keeping the woman’s money against her wishes. The allegations were u founded.

The woman wanted to press charges but was not able to.

Kirkland suggested deal get to the location and return the money to get the monkey off her back. In cop terms, you might be doing something you’re not allowed to do and she wants you charged.

The claimed the money was still sealed in a bank envelope. Lol, so they didn’t count it.

Social security administration stated that there are strict requirements to be able to be the payee of the check, did deal enter a bank to cash the social security check in uniform? Never know. The investigation was incomplete. 🧹

  1. I can guarantee that if this woman had cashed a cop's check illegally they would be more than glad to track her down and cause her intense pain while they were arresting her for a felony charge. FTP because ACAB and can't be trusted.

  2. Cops steal money from someone, fraudulently cashing a check and the sgt "cannot be involved." He lies and says he doesn't know where her money is when earlier says he knows the officer Deal had it agreed to return it. This is 100% corrupt policing

  3. Lost in the sauce. The people who need the most help are the people who get the least. They're clearly not capable of being productive and caring for themselves, yet they're not crazy enough, or poor enough, or sick enough, or disabled enough to qualify for the care they need to live & be productive.
    God bless disabled veterans 🙏

  4. Bad deal for sure!!! Hey kids !!!! This is what your voice could sound like if you smoke cigarettes!!!!🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮

  5. FRAUD is a CRIME isn’t it? Abolish qualified immunity! 💩🤡🐷⚖️💸🇺🇸👏🏻

  6. Criminals should be held accountable to their victims for their crimes. If they can't make their victim whole again, their life is forfeit. End of story. And fuck these scumbag police.

  7. The sergeant is a lying, condescending piece of crap.
    He keeps talking over her.
Lies and claims he cannot order his officer to turn over money she took.'
Lies and says he doesn't know where she lives.
    Liar.

  8. Taking advantage of the most vulnerable! Sounds about right if they're not robbing from them via pointless tickets then they're literally taking it out of they're pockets.

  9. This cop is doing everything he can to make this innocent woman look foolish and ignoring her complaint if she’s a cop they can call her they won’t charge a cop

  10. she has absolutely zero place cashing this womans check ,, the absurdity is beyond me , and why wouldn't the grub cop hand her the money instantly ? defies belief

  11. That’s a federal crime, the lady said she didn’t sign the check. And it being a social security check. Social security check cashing is under 1632 of the Social Security Act is punishable up to 5 years in prison.
The other 3 officers dereliction of duty for not taking a report.

  12. I've been subbed to this channel for a good while. I also enjoy boat ramp videos like the chit show. I watched a video by credit card captain and I knew that voice. Have been watching those too. Thanks for the content
