The Daytona Beach Police Department has made an arrest on a woman known to the locals as gangster granny she was arrested for an open container violation she’s innocent till proven guilty and on her way out to the branch Jail right now

With all the garbage on Daytona beach blocking and drinking in roads for memorial weekend they spend there time arresting this old women in a neighbor hood for a beer great job!
She should take it to trial and hope somebody like me was on the jury. I'd stand up and cuss out everybody involved right after we declared her not guilty.
Drinking a beer that you can buy legally from almost every store, but you can't walk down the street drinking it, what a load of bull…..
If asked, would the citizens vote in favour of locking up gangsta granny? I doubt the majority would. Granny needs to be protected and served too!
I’m so glad gangster granny wasn’t drinking on my street….. it may have interfered with me watching videos on my phone. How dare she…..
