Mob mentality builds quickly and is very hard to quell. Lady threatened violence then worked the crowd for support. Workers incited public by refraining from their duties to enrage citizens. The great majority of society are sheep being led by an out of control government. They have been indoctrinated into following orders and never questioning their veracity.
