11. Hi there. I am from germany and i am reading a lot about this qulified immunity for the police. Is amerika really the only country who got this, or is there any other developed country who got this too? If this is only in amerika and its so often proven that its miss used, why does it still exist? Whats the hold up to stop this immunity issue?

26. Either she's lying about suspecting the cane was a firearm, which is what I think or her officer safety is absolute trash. If she thought it was a firearm then she essentially let him draw it and maneuver it around right in front of her with no reaction. The Sgt is also completely ineffective and I hope the victim sues them, he'll win easily.

27. Lying police officers should be fired. If the obviously lying officers are not fired, then their supervision should be fired. This is an example of police officers being so stupid it's beyond belief. Why we let theses assholes get away with this absolutely ridiculous stop and arrest. The lack of common sense in this type of situation, should disqualify the lying officers.
