Follow the money
Assets forfeiture laws in California give huge incentives for law enforcement officers to ‘police for profit’.
Because in California police departments keep a fraction of the property seized, how much? 65% of assets forfeiture proceeds
go to law enforcement.
Cash can be seized if the police believe it was used or obtained during the commission of a crime, like prostitution
But, the women selling sex aren’t the only potential money bags,
the people buying sex have high dollar potential as well.
if you are caught in a car in a neighborhood for buying sex,
your license can be suspended
fines need to be paid to regain your license
and/or your car can be taken
if you don’t pay more fines, your car is gone
the department sells it and money earned

  10. I'm not faulting the cop for looking. I couldn't stop looking. Its a lizard brain reaction. My fore-conscious is thinking that girl looks young and who knows what kind of fucked up life she has lead that brought her to this point, but my lizard brain is like hey.

Yeah but you have to understand I mean if those holes were real about the game you don't never keep your money on you but after tonight they should learn but I mean hey if you can walk around with two or three thousand dollars you know you deserve to get out of pocket you don't never carry your money on you soon as you make that money you have a place you drop it that's how that works you don't walk around with no thousands of dollars on you but if you don't know the game I guess you do

The police will claim money earned illegally we can confiscate just like drug money that’s not right for those girls out there they depend on that money to live and I’m sure the police do know where and when within hours to bust them. there’s no sense in arresting them before they’ve made any money and that’s just wrong and sad.

  48. It is seems police have nothing to do in the US. It also seems they enjoy the suffering of the common man and women. Do they need so many police offers for two unarmed women who are half naked?
