We believe that many of our rights and civil liberties as American citizens on American soil are at great risk and that a simple act of civil disobedience has the power to effect great change. While we have no interest or intention in breaking any law, we are willing to stand up for freedom and the constitution at any time and at any place and do so in a responsible and productive manner. It is our goal to create free and open discussion whenever possible in an effort to educate both ourselves and anyone with a desire to learn. A well known rule of government is that ignorance is no excuse for the law. It is our stand that we as Americans have been either uninformed or misinformed regarding our laws and rights for far too long. We are not attorneys or scholars, however we have been involved in professional photography for over 30 years and have had our rights and freedoms challenged more times than we can remember. No one group or person has the ability to effect change across the board, however we are committed to doing our part by continuing to stand up for our constitutional right to free press and the right to take photographs and video in public. All donations will be used exclusively to further this cause. Specifically, we  need to upgrade our computer, video editing software and purchase additional video gear. We want to thank you in advance for your support of what we do and want you to know that we are committed to working harder than ever to defend our rights, your rights and the Freedom to Film in Public!!

  1. I have been going back through some of your old audits. i do like many others feel yours are the best as you never escalate and always educate. i am currently looking to do the same thing here in western Montana as I had an incident just last weekend. i would ask if you could share how you research property lines .

  2. Honestly things might get tricky some times, unless they were made worse. And in that case, in Switzerland, the Police is enabled to assess of the dangerousness of a car before it is left away. And that car wouldn’t go like that, wide open. No net, open to the winds on a quasi highways and even without the fire, you would get fined for others endangering in the direction of the driver and of the boss if these guys were not, independents. So, in this situation, immigration and unlawful work could be triggered and the vehicle ceased. security points that are made factually and whether if the vehicle is good to go…or not is made clear and without any resort to any public found. Apart for all that – speeds are generally lower here and it’s not unusual to enforce security and good sense over courtesy.

  3. I would love you and highdesert community watch get together. My 2 favorite auditors. Same knowledge different approaches but both eqial perfect results

  4. I HAVE A QUESTION: i was pulled over, i was holding my phone filming the officer. He said i am not allowed to hold the phone filming him because people are now making guns out of smartphones, basically an iphone that somehow can shoot a bullet. I thought he was just finding a way to not be filmed. What do you think? Anyone have any input?

  5. You see this is when if you were friendly with police they didn't have a problem with you filming them so what you did you started acting cocky and obnoxious so as to provoke a reaction and get some drama for ya youtube videos so you'd get more views.. more views = more $… I think you're just doin this for the money and views . you're full of shit PAL.

  6. Why officer keep hands at bullet vest? Means to me , verbal communication "I don't want to Help" "I don't care" seem to me they are better then us because wear a pistol and uniform, after 8 hrs are civilian like us keep in mine and remain then public servant, protect us and community that his job , be courteous with civilian they pay his salary and pensions

  7. I would love one of these guys to come up to me with his camera and start asking me questions. I would look at him and say who are you and I do not answer questions and walk away

  8. It looks like the fire was on public property/highway easement. The trees are cleared all the way to the public utility lines at the wooded/grass line. I’m guessing that is where the public/private property line is located.

  9. The problem is this cop think Press is people who work for main stream media and only have press passes. This cop really need to read The First Amendment again.

  10. I was subscribed from your first video, Good audit, they don't seem to have a problem letting you get up close.. I think your style is less confrontational but educates all the same.

  11. He threw a cigarette out the window, and it caught what was on the back of the truck on fire, I have seen it happen before! Glad everyone, and the dog is ok!
