Eric Brandt Sentenced To 12 Years

James Freeman does first amendment audits, cop watching, cop blocking, and more. Since Live PD and Cops was cancelled, James Freeman does LIVE STREAMING COP WATCHES. It’s like Live PD, except actually live, and without the “cops can do no wrong” bias.

  1. Can' t help but wonder, if OUR representative government have ruined the entire system, because of their personal wants.
If the gov thinks they have done something righteous, but the majority decides to roll you over and come for you, like the Romanovs, guess what happens? Civilization is a very thin veneer, and those of you and those like you, should remember that.

  2. We need Eric to continue with our fight I loved that guy .Thanks James for the information we appreciate what you do .

  3. Blame the person with the sick mind.
    He took a plea deal.
You commite a crime and let's blame everyone else.
Was his sentence too long? Yes
    4 years would be fair.

  4. Nothing Brandt was sentenced to was "alleged ". He plead guilty, therefore he is considered guilty in a court of law.

  5. Jurors still impose the sentence in six states — Arkansas, Kentucky, Missouri, Oklahoma, Texas and Virginia — according to the National Center for State Courts.

  6. .Cops do not work for the citizens they work for satans asshole, "government & big corporations" to create revenue. Big Money in doing so they are allowed to rape take and murder the public. There's no such thing as a good cop

  7. Let me get this straight…. He did not actually harm, kill or steal from anyone. But "Words" gave him 12 years in prison? Yet Pedos are let out with a slap on the hand. Yup, system makes alot of sense……

  8. I've watched a bunch of videos & I pictured you totally differently. It's funny, you kinda look like a cop, no offense.

  9. Twelve years seems to be a over long prison sentence to me for the little he has done. I have seen people that have killed someone get twelve years. Child molesters have gone to prison for all of eight years. How is twelve years a just sentence for what amounts to talking trash about someone? I must be missing something.

  10. Is the 12 years going to be served as 3 consecutive sentences? Or does he have to do 12 full years?

  11. Superficial, overly legalized government will cause the collapse of the USA west of the Mississippi by 2050. Renamed: New Mexico.

  12. LMAO TWELVE years for this, while rapists and worst get off for much less?
Yeah, don't tell me this isn't a retaliation to keep him from speaking the truth.

  13. Always film your court proceeding. Im learning. I have court this week. Gulfport fl popo. I will film my servant m judge at my court apperancence. What can go wrong. Thanx for teaching me

  14. This sentence is too long by 2/3rds. It ought to be concurrent. I don't think one factor was considered well. I think many other factors WERE considered well by Judge Hoffman. If it's what punishment is sufficient to bring a Defendant "back into the fold," if that's really the motive then: Eric's motives were always to help and push free speech just as far as he could take it. I cannot speak for him, but I have watched his work and I'm pretty sure I know what was in his head making these phone calls. Eric was looking to make the most outrageous statement(s) possible without having any indicia of immediacy to the threat. He was testing a limit. That's what he does. Did he get carried away? Yes. Did he cause real pain to some people who didn't deserve it? Yes. Should there be a consequence? Yes, I think so. But thank God I'm not the one deciding, I think the Judge was being honest there, on how it's no fun to have to sentence. Judge Hoffman said he hadn't heard of Eric before the case which is fine, but I wonder how much of Eric's work he watched before deciding on this term? Before deciding on consecutive and not concurrent? If he had watched the work, he would see efforts to test the limits of free speech and to help others. That's the motivation. Eric is intentionally being outrageous. One doesn't have to like it, but it's pretty clear Eric isn't out there offending cops and judges, poking the system for no reason. Is it his work for-profit? Yeah, he was making some money at it, I take it but so what..at least there's some community aspect of it, like it or not. Probably it became that also, a source of income and he had a lot of "success" and followers, getting carried away in the thing. He did delight in being outrageous. It's also very isolating.. to work like that on stressful things and to be alone. I think he "lost it" a bit there, to do that three times with such language. He got carried away. Perhaps the "mad" part of "mad genius" took over during that time. BUT, the man presents no physical threat to anyone that ought to be clear. Would some "loon" haul off and act on his words? I dunno, but very unlikely and here again, that obviously wasn't Eric's goal. To get attention and make the most outrageous statements possible, THAT was his goal. (again probably to test "immediacy" was what was in his head- and again, don't know it, I just suspect it). But the needs of this case would be just as well met with one four-year stint in DOC. This does nothing for anyone. Particularly because, as the Judge said, he's not the same person, he HAS cleaned up his act and was doing things in a more reasonable manner. I very much hope a motion to reconsider can be made. It would show ALOT of grace and vindicate the system if the victims would give input to the effect that; 'you know what he has apologized and let us move on, concurrent is "ok by me." 'That would show a lot of GRACE and decency and vindicate our system relative victim input. He should pay a smaller price not 12 years of his life or even half that, the concurrent aspect would address each act and victim as they would redouble/triple the term. He deserves more credit than this when we start talking about decades or half a decade it's usually someone who has physically injured someone. My 02. (and mine alone- not for Occupy, the bar, or anyone else, just MY 02.) Peace all. Grace. Let us see some GRACE.
