1. At 8:06 The cop being handed a vest, Bettencourt, is one of the cops that did a serious beat down in March 2018 on an innocent unarmed, completely compliant citizen, breaking his arm and tazing him three times (while 2 or 3 of Phenix's finest kneed and punched him). They mistook him for someone else and was guilty of no crime, but Phenix police cheif "investigated" his own department and found no wrong doing. No police were charged or fired.
