    These idiots didn’t start an investigation until he sued. That’s how the sweep it under the rug.

The car didn't even look like it was moving and he walked up to the car and from where this body came show the car coming up, if he can't move out of the way for a rolling up car then he has no business being a leo then again leo's that look like him provided truth to the old saying you don't want to run away from him he can't run and will just shoot you. I've seen these guys (DORAL POLICE) and had one or two run in with them before and seem to always act as if they have the power to do what ever they want on private property. These guys lost their qualified immunity everyone of them especially the one that this body cam was taken from, because he himself stated "someone is about to get stomped on" and did noting to stop it ahead of time and let the scene play out so he has no right to wear that badge. All leo's at the scene during the incident should all be held accountable, not just the big tyrant.

    And if anyone is interested you should check out the false information on the doral police website https://www.cityofdoral.com/police/ do a search on their site for "A Commitment to Bias-Free Policing". After seeing this and then reading that you will see how false that information is. And in my opinion regardless how butt hurt the tryrant was there use to be a time when it was said leos are trained to deal with moments such as these, but I guess doral police are trained to otherwise to just draw your weapon. I am wondering how long before this gets swept under the rugs and they try and hide any and all info.

    To show how everyone has an eye out for this city, everyone should go in an request a copy of the public records for this incident. Though because it being investigated now, they may withhold this info or redact info on the incidient

  24. Ok, off topic but…why are police officers walking into the roadway without wearing fluorescent vests? A random stop I understand no vest, but this is a setup stop and inspect, so these cops are knowingly not wearing proper safety equipment. When you consider what we pay in wages, benefits, and pension, I don’t think we need to add unnecessary medical expenses if a cop got hit by a car. Especially since it would be deemed the cars fault.
    As to the way these cowards beat the man? What can be said? This is nothing but police brutality. Guy didn’t try to run a cop over. Cops had guns drawn while car was at least 10 feet away and travelling slowly. Then cop is so aggressive he tried to pull the man thru the window of a moving vehicle. So excited to punish the man for daring to question him, that he endangered everyone there, cops and citizens alike. Then in his ego fuelled rage (steroids?) he throws the man across a parking lot. Then continues to berate and harass the injured and cuffed citizen. COP WAS MAD. And a citizen suffered because of it. And because the cop was mad other citizens will suffer for it when the injured man wins his lawsuit. I’m tired of paying for mad cops to have their tantrums.

  29. How do you get the body cam video? I have had almost the same thing happen to me, and all attorneys around here don't want anything to do with it because it is the police where they live.

  30. I am wondering why the cops are ordering people onto private property for an infraction of the law in the first place. Those cops are in violation of there 1st, 4th, and 8th amendments right. The worst being cruel and unusual punishment for useing his freedom of speech. All cops involved should be fired.
