10. Referring to your “ask for help”, Las Vegas, NV Metro PD just solved 2 murders and ID’d a 40 year old Jane Doe murder victim. On the news they “solved / ID’d” them using DNA. In small print and barely in the story is the fact the money to DNA check these folks was donated by a local business man Mr. Woo. So in the last 5 years why weren’t these cases solved by metro police with the multi-multi- million budget? Take one cop off the road, buy one less cop car this year to get it done, but it took a citizen to get it done.

    In this case, a defendant was subjected to rigorous interrogation methods, including being forced to sleep on the floor, resulting in a confession to having committed murder. The Supreme Court ruled that the confession was involuntary and reversed his conviction.

    Actually this is wrong in one regard, because 7 C.J.S. sections 2, 3 and 4 under Attorney and Client reads that an attorneys FIRST DUTY is to the courts, NOT the client AND they are an officer of the plaintiff.

I might have been dreaming but I seem to recall that there is some legal process whereby you can officially give them NOTICE ( and record yourself and/or notice them in writing and get a stamped copy/receipt ) to preserve everything currently on the camera/s in question as they may be required as EVIDENCE in a possible civil cause of action or private criminal prosecution and, if I recall correctly, they have to preserve the contents for a specific time period ( possibly until the window for bringing a court case has expired ) regardless of any departmental deletion policy !

    If I wasn't dreaming and I do recall correctly, you would have irrefutable proof ( once you get your Axon Audit Trail/s ) in the event that they tampered with evidence and deleted anything after they've been instructed to preserve evidence. They may still go ahead and delete footage anyway if the footage was likely to be extremely damning. It may be preferential for them to deal with the consequences of tampering with evidence rather than letting that evidence come out but that, in and of itself, may still be sufficient to get the wrongdoer in the shit with a different claim / set of charges 😉

All right your state should have a definition of what white light is or license plate the only requirement generally I'm just going to look at Illinois is it the license plate must be visible from a 50 ft that doesn't it doesn't designate if that's daytime or night time so obviously at night time you have the license plate must be visible unaided with anything unaided in other words from 50 ft you should be able to read the full plate with 20/20 vision unaided with anything which means that you have to have a light source on your license plate at least when it's dark or cloudy so that is when the car is in motion when the car is in motion it doesn't mean in gear or anything in neutral in motion so generally speaking with the engines running your license plate light is always lit in some models but not necessarily, usually only when your headlights are turned on or parking lights are turned on does your license plate light stay with but some vehicles the license plate light is on whenever the car is running regardless of the status of the headlights or parking lights that's something to keep in mind.

    So basically needs to be readable 50 ft Most states don't have a requirement of a color of a light that eliminate illuminates the license plate it's just that it must be visible so yeah you could have black light or blue light or green or red light whatever you want as long as the license plate is visible

    Most states require that you have a certain amount of white light fixtures in the front of your vehicle there's usually a maximum usually it's no more than two pair or three pair of white light and one pair of fog light although the pair is relative and you're now allowed to have like strips on the front of your vehicle of white or amber. Question is can you have any other color of light in the front of your vehicle and what color of light can you have the rear of your vehicle typically you can never have red at the front of your vehicle and you can never have white at the rear of your vehicle unless your vehicle is in reverse gear and yes in fact, those courtesy lights that come on with some vehicles where your backup lights will light up as you approach your vehicle you can actually get a ticket for that some ordinances it's it's not allowed to have your backup lights used as a an approach light it's called.

    But I do with my vehicles is put in undercarriage lighting for approach so I know my vehicle at a glance in the parking lot in a dark parking lot I can identify my vehicle without question no one has the undercarriage lighting that I have, it would be near impossible to match it.

    So that said you cannot have white light in the rear of a vehicle and the most States you cannot have red light on the front of a vehicle this has nothing to do with flashing red light or non-flashing just the color red cannot be on the front of the vehicle you can have green purple Amber White blue on the front of your vehicle as long as it is not on the hood of your vehicle and you cannot have the only flashing lights that you're allowed to have on a personal vehicle is Amber if you are in the security business you can have flashing green and or purple lighting on or about your vehicle above the above the hood line however you cannot have those colors flashing below the hood line so above your trunk or on your dashboard or higher up above your roof or at your roof you can have as a security person flashing green and or flashing purple at speeds of 15 mph or less any speed higher than 15 mph cannot have flashing lights at your dad between your dash and Hood above your hood you can have purple and or green flashing at the top of your vehicle at any speed.

    Social security Personnel in Illinois generally speaking flashing green and or purple lights on the hood of security vehicle have no designation other than the indicate that you are a security personnel you cannot pull someone over or intend to have to pull somewhere over or to intend to get someone to stop nor can you block anyone's path with your vehicle with purple and or green flashing lights on the hood of a car

    Flashing blue red or green lights on the front of the vehicle below the hood line or the trunk line is reserved for emergency vehicles only.

    In Illinois there's an ordinance where only the city of Chicago is allowed to have flashing blue or solid blue lights anywhere on or about their vehicles as well as white light solid white light not flashing anywhere about or on a police vehicle in the city of chicago.

    Elsewhere in the state and in suburban cook blue flashing or blue solid at front of vehicle or blue flashing on roof are not allowed for any emergency vehicle time.

    Ambulances in Chicago typically have a combination of blue red and Amber flashing lights.

    Purple solid and purple flashing lights on a roof line of a vehicle are typically reserved but not illegal to have but reserved if flashing outside of a private property on the public roads typically reserved for night time funeral travel believe it or not.

    So basically a horse or a funeral train purple flashing light.

    It speeds of less than 30 miles an hour temporary mail carriers construction contractors and subcontractors and employees can have flashing yellow lights on the roof of their vehicle when actively engaged in that work.

    So now that you know what is allowed and only by emergency vehicles and police you can extrapolate from that what you can have on the front of your car the rear of your car at the roof of your car and when you can have it and how you can utilize it undercarriage of a vehicle under your car typically you can have any color at all emanating from below your bumper line or below your trim line even at your trim line as long as it is not overpowering and it cannot be it could be undulating but not flashing while your vehicle is in motion however when your vehicle is stopped standing or parked undercarriage lighting could be any manner of color and flashing and pulsing whenever you want and there's no law against it but there is a code for what I just mentioned so you can have underlining under undulating undercarriage colors while your vehicle is in motion but they cannot be of a of a speed that would could be construed as flashing.

27. If the police had a hard or tough job then they would be quitting in droves. But the reality is, they don’t quit… they get paid a high salary, have no accountability, and get protected by the government for fucking up.

28. Also officers have 10 hours from an incident to submit their written report after within that 10 hours after they have submitted their body cam footage that they cannot review. Superiors have 48 hours to stamp approval of a complete report they don't make judgment on it they just stamp approval that the report was complete and after 48 hours then an officer can review the body cam footage unredacted, within 72 hours of that review of an officer review after written report signed and then after reviewing the body cam footage the officers can start to produce an addendum to what they see in the body cam footage that is also the time in which a citizen can request body cam footage redacted and must receive it within 10 days of the request the request can be fulfilled but minimum of 5 days before a redacted version can be produced and sent and offered to the requester. Copy of the initial police report and addendums also come with body cam footage requests regardless of redaction no reaction is eligible on the initial report nor on addendums the written reports are not redactable.

Illinois has a nice new thing starting January 1st 2022 less than a month from now, all police when they report they have to submit and certify and swear to the truthfulness of the report of an incident however they must hand over their body cam footage chips to forensics prior to handing in the written report they are not allowed to look or download any of their body cam footage until they provided they're written report and it has been okayed or certified by their Superior or chief and then and only then can they look at the body cam footage after looking at the body cam footage while they cannot review the report while looking in the body cam footage they can write addendums while reviewing the body cam footage. But they cannot have a lot of their their first report alongside as a comparison while they're reviewing the body can't put it. Also by January 1st 2025 all police departments must have secured in their budget well regardless of their budget in fact according to the law regardless of a cities of a police budget the city or town or state must provide the money for body cam systems to be in place and operating been tested no later than January 1st 2025 law enforcement agency type, Illinois. It's the law
