anytime a cop shines the light in your eyes , tell them you want EMS to come and check you out.. They can take your vitals , then they will have to document on the run report that they were called because the police shined a light, if you ask everytime, they may get the hint…

Story Time:. Just walking home, urban but not unsafe area. Stumbled onto traffic stop, started filming, phone flash was on. Cop pulled same crap… But wait here's the good part. Had just gotten one of those stupidly bright flashlites and it was in my pocket. When he yelled about my light just yelled back " this light is bright but how about this one". In spot mode it's like one of those Theater lights that shine up in the air.. Cop nearly fell over, put both arms in front of himself in defence…. I had only flashed it at him then yelled.. Oops Sorry as I killed the light… He was pissed but couldn't do much but yell. When he finally wound down and was walking away I asked him if it had been bad enough and walked away….
The taxpayer's vehicle has headlights on,spotlights on and take-down lights.
