recently lapd has been accused of falsely identifying members of the public as gang members (FOR THE PAST 20+ YEARS probably longer) only 3 officers at this time were taken off patrol and sent home for investigation….3?! when it is clearly a department issue…unacceptable

Newton station did that to me back in 2017 I've been flying straight as an arrow for 11 years and on the day I was arrested I was tricked into giving them information that was irrelevant to the arrest they tryed using it in court but it didn't work …

FOIA is a joke. Trying to get public records is like pulling perfectly good teeth. Many departments will ignore or give you the run around and even charge too much so you can’t afford them. Asking criminals to be transparent is all it is.
