He was co-operating Cuffs were unnecessary and holding his arm too seriously he was just making sure he was not shot and gave up his rights to stay alive The Guilty Man was nothing like the guy. So if they were looking for a white man wearing white top and black shorts then they would still stop a black man as fitting the description as if the colour of skin can be swapped out if they commit a crime dumbest thing the Cop said.

Pretty overbearing that that one officer kept a tight hand on his arm the entire time, even though he was waaay more cooperative than he needed to be, and was already in cuffs for no reason, as again, he was being nothing but cooperative. As soon as they had any doubt that it was him, they should've took the cuffs off and just had him hang out till they were sure. With that many officers, he wouldn't have gotten anywhere, and he obviously didn't have anything on him. Running his ID after the fact was also extremely excessive

The public should feel free to arm themselves and grab handcuffs, roll up on the wives, children, and family members of law enforcement officers, use force and threats of force to detain and bind them, hold them there using further threats of violence, and perhaps release them later with an apology, if they don't resist and make the public fear for their lives… all because they match some of a description.

  41. If I were a guest at one of these events…after the dust settled…I'd be interested to see what the real perp looked like so I could gauge the parameters they used to deem me as "matching the description"…..There seemed to a be few significant differences,,,other than they were both black.
