I had a capt of the state police get in touch with me today after bitching out a LT and some special cpl between the hours of 3-530. All over a falsified call to 911 and a falsified statement in person against. Id like to chat/ take some advice on this if you were interested

On Jan 23, 2018 “manny†was Racially profiled by 4 Delaware state trooper Nazi’s and pulled over and detained without probable cause or with no reasonable suspicion. All 5 were white gave no reason why they searched his car without his consent for Drugs and or Guns. All 4 refused to ID after illegally searched his car after intimidating him and giving him unlawful commands while being argumentative and confrontational. They came in 2 SUVs total one with Delaware plate “PC 41051†and the other all black undercover dodge Durango with Delaware plate “PC 303596†enjoy
They don’t have to say there badge number if they are being recorded it’s for there safety
Or maybe, just maybe, the guy had out of state plates parked in the driveway of a vacant house. He gave no reason to be there and wasn't following the officers instructions. Is there some tyranny with some law enforcement? Sure. Was that the case here? Not even close!. Do you all think you can go into a neighborhood with out of state plates, park in the driveway of a vacant house, and not expect that behavior to be reported to the police? It's their job to investigate what he's up to. That's what they did. End of story!
