  24. @8:49 is the most important part of this video. Los Angeles Sheriffs department does not have body cam, does not have dash cam, and so they repeatedly claim there is no evidence other then their word to explain incidents. BUT THEY DO HAVE AUDIO, it is not as good as video, because most cops and deputies know the right words to use to cover up their abuse, like "stop reaching, stop reaching" or "stop resisting, stop resisting" and so on- BUT IT'S SOMETHING and I finally got one of them to admit, they have audio!
