   Rather than check with someone he ploughs on regardless knowing nothing will happen to him, he just does not care whether he’s right or wrong, the other thing that bugs me with these stops, when they say I pulled you because your light is out they NEVER let them check or provide evidence, so you get a ticket but even if you check it after and it’s working fine they can use the defence that it wasn’t at the time.

3. The cop charged him with the wrong charge……everyone knows this. Admit was not ‘testing’ the car as James falsely mentions here, he was driving on a Thanksgiving weekend with his child in the car.

6. I got pulled over in Brevard county and the lady Sherriff told me my van vin came back out of plant city and she asked why I was here in Brevard ? I said I live here and she said well your van is from plant city ! I said this van has never been to plant city ! I told her this van came from Indiana and has never been to plant city , maybe the tag was out of plant city but not the van !

Yet the professional police officer has a shiny license worn upon the chest that allows for ignorance of the law and the incidental abuse of people and property, all backed by qualified immunity. If the one getting pulled over also has a shiny thing too, then ignorance is replaced by expert evasion of the law.

20. he dismissed the citation, great. did he also take out his wallet to reimburse tow costs? did he pay him for the trouble of dumping them on the side of the road because he didn't know his job? If not, the driver hasn't been made whole and the officer has faced no repercussions for the harm he has created.

22. That's b***** sometimes when a car has been worked on you must drive 50 to 100 miles before the monitors come up on the computer and the car can be inspected this means you can drive the car anywhere you want to for as long as you want

23. Remember that courts have ruled that law enforcement agencies can discriminate against applicants for being too intelligent. That is why you end up with cops like this. Dumb as a post and they have no idea what laws they are enforcing.

29. I hope the driver can also sue the towing company. I saw a video of this situation that showed the tow truck driver being condescending and rude while making it seem like he didn't have a choice in towing the car, but he did have a choice.

35. It's not his car… It belongs to the STATE. He regis-tered it with them. He is just the registered user/ "driver" of their motor vehicle.. A certificate of title.. Is not the title.. Who has the title? That would be the STATE..

36. I watched and Amendment Auditing video where the auditor checked patrol cars in the police station parking lot. Most of the vehicles had out of date plates or inspection stickers.

39. I know of many people that buy auction vehicles. Repair them, and put them back on the road. The good ones drive the ride daily for a given time period or mileage period before selling it. Because how do you make or brake a reputation… but putting the best or worst product on the market.
