Saw these cops outside of 711 for awhile, was driving to another call but that call said “Code 4” before I got there so turned around to see if these guys were still here and they were….they were waiting for 2 female juveniles…..Officer Vallone decided to lecture the girls after one has an attitude….from what I gathered they had run away from their group home- so yes they needed a talking to, but not by these guys- and not being told they are “disgusting” Personally I think they should have sent 2 female officers to deal with them….but I don’t know their policy about it- I will look into it….Please thumbs up, share and subscribe

You know if this cop wanted to talk to these girls he shouldn't berate them but if he wanted to talk to them like a friend or a parent he should have put them in the police car to talk to them. It should have been a private conversation not a public one.
Maybe a bit if harsh and factual talking to by the police might just sink in and turn them around, but it's unlikely. Well done to the cop for trying though. Most of those kids are doomed to a life of crime, jail and eventual early death from substance abuse or gang violence.

I don't understand what your trying to imply. Are you suggesting that the cops kidnapped these girls. The way I see it they were reported as missing juveniles with LASD. LAPD conducted a want/warrant check, which revealed that they were reported missing. The cops therefore would transport them to the jurisdiction where they were reported missing. As far as the lecture, hate to say but majority of the youth need it. Also nowhere in the Policy does it state that female subjects need to be transported by Female Officers. If they were to be searched, then yes, a Female Officer would need to conduct the search.
