  1. Okay— so while you and Mr. Cop were ALREADY talking, he asks you if you want to talk to him?
Lol, then he asks if you were flagging him down to talk to him ~ again, you’re ALREADY talking to him 🙃
    Hahahaha~ what a goober.
He just didn’t want to answer your questions and was dodging having to do so by answering them with another question.

You rock chica and he knew it and was scared. Lol ~ girl power ✊🏼 Go get ‘em

  2. They know about your rights, it's letting them off easy to assume they're stupid, and that prevailing idea is what keeps their qualified immunity afloat (they can beat anything by pleading ignorance.)

  3. When we were young the public school system indoctrinates the students to believe that the thin blue line gang are your friends and are there to help you. They are enemies to all "free-men", they are 1000 times worse than any of the British RedCoats were.

  4. I can only speak for North America (not Mexico), There is no law that compels you to ever under any circumstance to talk to the police. Doesn't matter if your detained or arrested or during an interview/interrogation, the police cannot compel you to talk to them – ever. In fact it is best to not talk to the police ever, remember "What ever you say can and will be held against you in a court of law". If you find yourself in a situation that by law requires you to provide ID/Drivers License then provide that without talking or at the very least never answer police questions no matter how mundane the questions may appear. Police only ask questions for one of two reasons. 1. The mundane questions to get you started talking (once you start hard to stop) so that they can; 2. Start asking the questions designed for you to incriminate yourself so that they can build a case to either extort money from you or arrest you. Don't talk to the police, they are not your friends! Laura, you call it "Clown School" I call it "Cop Kindergarten" (a minimal education that they never go beyond) but I like em both.

  5. IN, CA you do not have to give your name before you get to talk to your lawyer you just can't give a false name or info. You have the right to remain silent until you get to talk to your lawyer.

  6. Hey iv been watching Tom z for a long time. But you too. For however long youve been around a couple years. It's nice to see a different take on things. Your not a loud mouth telling cops to go get fucked but you stand your ground. Very refreshing. Peace out

  7. In the USA, based on the 5th amendment, NO ONE must answer questions. You may have to ID if arrested and/or detained (mileage varies by state) but you NEVER have to answer questions. EVER.
