Like I said MUTIPLE TIMES in the video, I'm not saying Brandon is the "good guy", but I have a serious question for you all… How many of you are okay with a fourth amendment violation as long as it nets finding a guy with a warrant?
Someone ask the cop or anyone on his department how just how is getting ID any way help this young man or anyone else?!! If its on video forcing someone, violating his constitutional rights?!! Should be charged, fired!!!
Damnit. I always watch your videos with my fingers crossed and hoping for the happy ending where the cop is hurt or killed…nope, always disappointed.
The warrants for both, according to a news story, were "felony charges of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and shooting a gun from a motor vehicle". According to the State they went onto a guys property, got into an argument, and Brandon fired two shots from his car and left. Apparently she was charged the same because, well, she was in the car to why not.
The Redcoats were just trying to help too.
The crackhead story is gold!!!
So how many videos exist like this nowadays? 40,000? Everyday we see how fucked our country is. Every single citizen need to check these pigs constantly.
As far as American police are concerned all citizens are criminals until they prove otherwise.
THIS IS THE DEAL . “I placed him in handcuffs” “Why? “Safety” “What was the safety concern?” “He was resisting” “What was he resisting?” “Being placed in handcuffs” FBLG" FBL
POLICE AFRAID AND SCARE THAT IS BEING A COWARD AND SHOULD JUST QUIT THE GANG .
THIS IS THE WAY OF THE BLUE LINE GANG , WE INVESTIGATED OURSELF AND FOUND NO CRIME …… FBLG
The end was hilarious.
That's the cops number one goal when they want your ID, to find out if you have warrants.
Amazing how it could have been safe for citizens and officers if that tyrant's addiction wasn't making home fiend for ID
I would like to help you 🐖 hear is a straw to eat through for the rest of your life.
Trees of bad apples grow all over America let me go run your name ? Why is he running his name if they just there to help. We need to stop this from the top tree of liberty needs refreshed soon before its to late.
So every officer here was charged with murder right?
Since explaining why you are arresting or detaining the suspect would likely be escalate and make the suspect aware they cannot defend themselves with force at this time.
James on this take your are 100% usually I follow you but not on this one he took his own life but the police did help him doing that
The cops are there for two reasons, to give you a ticket or to arrest you.
How dare that citizen need assistance.
“So yeah, I’m calling a crackhead next time.” Pure gold right there! 😂😂😂
I've said this many times on AtA's channel, but I will add it here.
What the honest F is the point of making something "unconstitutional" or a "violation of rights" when there is literally no repercussions? Oh this was a violation of the x amendment/was unconstitutional! So what? That obviously doesnt stop police from doing it, so why bother? At BEST, I've seen them get a paid holiday (vacation I believe it's called) and the 'city' paid enormous sums of money in a payoff… sorry, "settlement".
I am not American, nor do I live anywhere near America, but honestly, I'd love for someone to answer me why the word unconstitutional exists and what the point is for making something a violation of rights when it has no bearing on really anything. It's honestly like making a sign above the biscuit (cookie) jar saying that taking anything from this jar is 'bad'. That aint going to stop anyone!
No such thing as a good cop. Unless you count dead cops.
I’m calling the crack head every time. FTP FJB
What a sh!ty way to end the video with a in video ad…
Confronted by Cops, who quite often get away with literal murder…
I'm surprised this doesn't happen more often. And, honestly, I think when the revolution comes it's just going to be crap like this happening more and more. People getting sick of Government goons accosting them, and fighting back.
Was the cop wrong ? Yes !
Violating citizens rights does reduce crime BUT it's unlawful. Law enforcement fights crime with crime and has done so since prohibition days fighting the mob crime families. It took an evil turn with president Reagan in 1982 giving cops qualified immunity. Manipulating citizens out of their constitution rights is daily procedure.
Can I let my local cops know that I do not want them helping me in all situations. I would like to live till a ripe old age
Well behaved Crack Heads are good people. Your drug use or addiction is not my problem until you hurt me or mine. Happy National Crack Head appreciation day!
As always the most dangerous crime in the US is damaging a cops ego.
There are NO GOOD cops….however, ALL cops are NO GOOD.
SIC SEMPER TYRANNIS
Funny enough, whenever the police say they're not going to hurt you..someone ends up hurt or dead.
It's crazy how different the comments are on this channel compared to the comments on Police Activity's… sheesh.
Cops don't help anyone. The job has zero incentives for encouraging them to. And all the incentives for them not to.
No promotions for being nice, big promotions for busting someone's ass.
Love the crackhead, debunk the senator from Louisiana Mr. Do you know what Purposivism law interpretation is? Yeah, it’s the interpretation method used to bias the justice system. Dillrod
This is what tyrants mean when they say, "can I help you?"
at least he got one of the corrupt cops
The police help over a thousand people every year to the cemetery
I comment often that there is no such thing as a Stop and ID. American public are sadly uneducated
What if the warrant was for a another Brandon Griffin or the warrant was bogus?
Helping him by robbing him of money liberty and life
The cop wanted to help so bad but couldn't cause he needed id before he proceed any further.
Just more oath breaking garbage police!!!
Japanese citizens didnt want to bomb the pearl harbour but their government did. US citizens didnt want to bomb the nagasaki hiroshima but us government did. German citizens didnt want to kill the jews but their government did. People still thinking government protect people. Government is Fkn myth.
