Went out cop watching, Jodie Kat Media, Tom Zebra and I. We saw the lights off the freeway, and headed towards them. Redondo Beach is a part of the several cities who have no desire to have transparency- so we can not hear their scanner feed, if we record them, it is by chance.
According to Tom Zebra, who was on the other side of the incident, and witnessed when they finally got him, they body slammed the suspect, and then were very rough with him.
I don’t expect officers to be sweet after literally running after someone, but there is a line, and Redondo crosses it without witnesses 9 out of 10 times.
