18. When you see something like this there are organization that will help. Try and contact Hope for paws. They rescue abandoned and stay animals they have a great network of volunteers that house these animals. They are a no kill organization. They do great work. I believe they are out of Las angels. Could be wrong. Check out there you tube. Hope for paws. Stay safe.
