Actually in the circumstance where the person got held on the $20,000 bond The driver passed the bus on the left hand side and the children ran in front of the bus for safety, in the Concord North Carolina incident I feel this was a much more dangerous situation because the officer passed the bus on the right hand side where the child was actually getting off the bus and was unable to see any oncoming traffic and the bus driver actually stopped the child. So if you want to play apples and oranges I think the Concord North Carolina incident was far worse than the incident or the driver was held on the $20,000 bond, and the police are simply making excuses.
Both should of been arrest and the same BOND and the same sentance!!

Wow, nearly ending the life of an innocent child stepping off their school bus is worth a 5 day unpaid vacation for a cop – there is no bottom to US police. They have been infested with the lowest form of human scum from top to bottom, and there is nothing we can do about it until qualified immunity is completely abolished – from police through the supreme court and everyone in between. The slippery slope of qualified immunity has lead us here, and it needs to be abolished so we can clean up our criminal cops.
