I hope MADD (an group which loves these constitution violating checkpoints) looses it's funding due to Trump's massive tax cuts. However I suspect since these checkpoints are hot spots for deporting illegal immigrants these will likely continue to get a ton of funding.
I am not sure this clown can educate the public when he thinks only drivers coming from certain directions are supposed to be warned of the checkpoint ahead. Strange, all the departments I know of must have been warning drivers turning into the checkpoint out of the goodness of their hearts.

I live in San "Antonio, Tx. about 60 miles south of Austin. The cops here never put up DWI or any kind of check points and I'm very grateful for that. The cops don't mess with you at all really unless your speeding or some shit like that. When I lived in California I was pulled over all the time. It didn't matter how hard I tried the cops pulled me over constantly if I was driving a car. On the other hand I never got pulled over on a bike. In the Bay area I dont recall ever seeing check points. What a drag.
