1. It should be common knowledge anymore that the reputation of cops is "liars". So why would any judge believe them in a court of law

3. I'm all in favor of the driver, and his efforts to stand up for his constitutional rights. Screw that cop to high heaven. But there is a problem. The driver keeps stating that he doesn't have to give up his ID if he didn't do anything wrong. That isn't correct. He can have done nothing wrong, but he still has to give up his ID when the cop REASONABLY SUSPECTS he's done something wrong, even if the cop is incorrect. Only a judge can determine, after the fact, whether the cop was acting legally or not. We can't determine it ourselves during the stop…at least not legally…despite all indications pointing in our favor.

16. I do not know for sure if he was speeding or not. My gut feeling say he was not. What I will note is his treatment is vastly different then what I have seen black persons receive during encounters with cop. Many videos online have shown that as soon as a black male get a little confrontational while trying to defend their rights they are soon afterwards dragged out of thee car, taken to the ground and handcuffs.

25. The cop completely lost the argument when he admitted he didn’t actually know what the speed limit was. How do you know if someone is speeding if you don’t know the limit?

29. Driver didn’t know the speed limit too. He drove 16 in a 30 which in my country is a danger for other drivers because nobody would ever drive half the posted limit. 27 to 40 would be normal

34. The supervisor needed to have a supervisor called on him. He continued to insist and encourage the idea of “you MUST I.D.” if asked by an officer.

35. Actually, you do have to present your ID is requested by an officer if you're driving. By law you have to have your license to drive and you can be asked to present that evidence at any time.
