  1. The ONLY way to get these scum off our streets is via Title 42 1983 etc suits and them being found guilty.

    A) Their BOND pays the damages awarded, not the taxpayers. Taxpayers pay for the bonds so let's use what we are paying for.

    B) Upon a guilty verdict they become unbondable, which will prohibit any other PD from hiring them or working within govt that requires such bonds.
    NOTE: Be sure you have a jury, many courts now require a "demand for jury trial" be officially filed in the court, otherwise they assume you are waiving that Right! Constitution says you have the right to a jury in non-criminal cases when the value is $20 – I demand a jury for EVERYTHING the govt comes at me with, traffic infractions, county ordinance of grass too long, etc etc etc. Cases are usually dropped upon doing so.

    How do I personally determine the damages? EASY…I've updated it due to recent inflation, am reconsidering updating the value again since I originally valued each at $250K in 2010.

    I value EACH of my Rights at $350K.

    The math is simple.

    $350K x # of Rights violated x # of public servants.

    Example:

    $350K x 2 (they never violate just one) x 3 (2 cops 1 supervisor) = $2,100,000 PLUS attny fees & court costs & expert witness costs etc.

American police dealing with emergencies like saving children from a school shooting, waiting 90 minutes to go in… or shooting people in a wheelchair from the back, or braking an 70 year old ladies arm while arresting her, and their colleges having a laugh about it camera? or planting drugs in peoples cars and arrest them for that OR like in this case, beating up a pregnant woman…..all on YOU TUBE….Being much more at risk to get killed by a cop in America than by a domestic terrorist or murderer..What kind of low class gangsters do you employ. The world is laughing at you. Since I was a little boy I dreamed of visiting the USA. After watching these videos now for 2 years, I realise that I am living in the land of the free, not you. Change your National Anthem.

  16. So, basically, Rhode Island has given the cops unlimited power to arrest anyone who speaks ill of them. I know of no other state where a cop can be a complainant in a disorderly charge. Even if the actions do no merit an arrest you will still take the ride. Completely asinine.

  24. Disorderly conduct? Didn't a officer in Glendale Arizona get charged with that after attacking a passenger(twisting their arms, removing their shorts, tasing them in the genitalia and arresting them on a false traffic offense)? Maybe the guy should've did the same with this officer.
