This was beyond bizarre. The one cop asks the guy to come and close the door. They're discussing — maybe arguing a little — but not in a belligerent fashion. Then all the sudden, the chief bursts through the doors, gets really nasty and orders the guy out. The chief must've been piped into the conversation somehow. And he threatens to arrest him — for arguing? Yeah — that makes sense. And he screams at him as he's leaving. Very professional.

Cops hand movements seems to indicate how uncomfortable he is being called out on his copsplaining. The way he kept trying to talk over the citizen was also indicative of a cop feeling like he was losing control of the narrative.
