This was so obviously retaliation, I hope a judge will see it that way and dismiss the ticket. The cop might not even show up for court if the kid will be showing the video of the cop committing a stream of traffic violations. the cop also admits the stop is because the guy follows them.

This clown 🤡 cop, rode fast down a one way the wrong way, stopped over the white stop line, used no turn signal and stopped in the middle of the road, to give a citizen on a bicycle a ticket😳😳 Then demanded a grown man sit on the curb like a dog. These entitled clown 🤡 cops of Beverly Hill PD. He wrote this man, riding a bike, a retaliatory ticket.
