Cop has to get a certain amount of tickets each month! yes they do have a quota of tickets to hand out plus a quota of people they got to arrest each month! that is how they create revenue! I'm not a hypocrite because I only pull them over, check their papers, and run them for warrants – I don't actually write a ticket for it. If I wrote a ticket, then they might actually fix it, and we wouldn't be able to use the pretext to get around those pesky rights some citizens think they have – lol. Defund and replace them all – we have to throw out the trash to make space for actual, accountable law enforcement.
