PUBLIC COMMENTS, UNLESS WE DON'T LIKE WHAT WAS SAID. That's what it should read on the door to get into the meeting. Then they should hand out pieces of paper with what they want said written on it then if they don't want the PUBLIC to criticize them. Also they can have people who want to talk during the PUBLIC COMMENT portion of the meeting submit beforehand what they're going to say. Oh, wait did I just describe A DICTATOR RAN GOVERNMENT.
