  20. Maybe cop #1 should write a ticket for cop #2 for parking facing the wrong way on the road. Without his flashing lights on and without exigent circumstances, he was illegally parked.
    And cop #1 broke the law when he took a picture with his phone while driving. "Hand-held cellphone use, specifically while driving, has been illegal in Utah since 2007."

The cop is doing his job and you are there not to find fact, but to confront and provoke them. Generally when dimwits like you get arrested, it is because the cops are fed up with your shit.
