3. I do not know "why" (when you asked that at 10:23) but I "take exception" when you said 2035 refused to take a stolen property report. Every cop is not going to bow down for you just because you think they should. Let's be fair. Not his responsibility, maybe he was off duty, maybe he did not know how to write or spell. It's your action here, and here alone, that hints of "lets make the cops look bad."
   Everything else in the video I'm on your side. I think. But consider how some actions look bad / are bad; If you are in a meeting with people and you decide to "pass gas", can you be upset when the people do not want to continue the meeting? If that is not clear, then something needs a little more thought.

4. If a cop takes somebody's property after arresting them, it is no big deal because they are so underpaid that they compensate themselves with other people's property. Of course a cop will never be charged for this theft because its actually cop benefits.

Arrested for simple assault cus I beat this kid up for trying to steal my shit, cops ruled I was the instigator when he accosted me, anyway I had a sick katana collection as a hobbyist, cops took it and never gave it back even after charges were dropped. 2500 was the total for 6 swords.
