And once that search became unlawful after the patient said no I do not want you searching anymore that was an unlawful search. I spoke to the mayor via Facebook and he did not want to provide his cell phone number as you can see in the video I can share that with the community and I think a community for helping out and redressing your government

Regardless of the officers doing a non-consensual, warrentless search, violating his 4th amendment rights this patient will receive no remedy, redress of zero impact. A civil rights lawsuit piercing qualified immunity will take tons of money and time. The police know this and count on it. The mayor may express his dislike of the actions but it is a systemic problem of the laws and authority. Nothing will change until “we the people†have had enough.
