We believe that many of our rights and civil liberties as American citizens on American soil are at great risk and that a simple act of civil disobedience has the power to effect great change. While we have no interest or intention in breaking any law, we are willing to stand up for freedom and the constitution at any time and at any place and do so in a responsible and productive manner. It is our goal to create free and open discussion whenever possible in an effort to educate both ourselves and anyone with a desire to learn. A well known rule of government is that ignorance is no excuse for the law. It is our stand that we as Americans have been either uninformed or misinformed regarding our laws and rights for far too long. We are not attorneys or scholars, however we have been involved in professional photography for over 30 years and have had our rights and freedoms challenged more times than we can remember. No one group or person has the ability to effect change across the board, however we are committed to doing our part by continuing to stand up for our constitutional right to free press and the right to take photographs and video in public. All donations will be used exclusively to further this cause. Specifically, we  need to upgrade our computer, video editing software and purchase additional video gear. We want to thank you in advance for your support of what we do and want you to know that we are committed to working harder than ever to defend our rights, your rights and the Freedom to Film in Public!!

  1. New York State Environmental Conservation Law (ECL) prohibits heavy duty vehicles, including diesel trucks and buses, from idling for more than five minutes at a time. TITLE 6 NYCRR SUBPART 217-3:
    https://govt.westlaw.com/nycrr/Browse/Home/NewYork/NewYorkCodesRulesandRegulations?guid=Ib572b010b5a011dda0a4e17826ebc834&originationContext=documenttoc&transitionType=Default&contextData=(sc.Default)
No person who owns, operates or leases a heavy duty vehicle including a bus or truck, the motive power for which is provided by a diesel or nondiesel fueled engine or who owns, leases or occupies land and has the actual or apparent dominion or control over the operation of a heavy duty vehicle including a bus or truck present on such land, the motive power for which said heavy duty vehicle is provided by a diesel or non-diesel fueled engine, shall allow or permit the engine of such heavy duty vehicle to idle for more than five consecutive minutes when the heavy duty vehicle is not in motion, except as otherwise permitted by section 217-3.3 of this Subpart: The prohibitions of section 217-3.2 of this Subpart shall not apply when:

    (a) A diesel or nondiesel fueled heavy duty vehicle including a bus or truck is forced to remain motionless because of the traffic conditions over which the operator thereof has no control.

    (b) Regulations adopted by Federal, State or local agencies having jurisdiction require the maintenance of a specific temperature for passenger comfort. The idling time specified in section 217-3.2 of this Subpart may be increased, but only to the extent necessary to comply with such regulations.

    (c) A diesel or nondiesel fueled engine is being used to provide power for an auxiliary purpose, such as loading, discharging, mixing or processing cargo; controlling cargo temperature; construction; lumbering; oil or gas well servicing; farming; or when operation of the engine is required for the purpose of maintenance.

    (d) Fire, police and public utility trucks or other vehicles are performing emergency services.

    (e) Trucks owned or operated by persons engaged in mining and quarrying are used within the confines of such person's property.

    (f) A diesel fueled truck is to remain motionless for a period exceeding two hours, and during which period the ambient temperature is continuously below 25°F.

    (g) A heavy duty diesel vehicle, as defined in section 217-5.1(o) of this Part, that is queued for or is undergoing a State authorized periodic or roadside diesel emissions inspection pursuant to Subpart 217-5 of this Part.

    (h) A hybrid electric vehicle, as defined in section 217-5.1(r) of this Part, idling for the purpose of providing energy for battery or other form of energy storage recharging.

    (i) Heavy duty vehicles used for agricultural purposes on a farm.

    (j) Electric powered vehicles.

  2. I think the antibody drives a school bus should be drug tested and alcohol testing every time they drive a school bus because I know a lady that was an alcoholic and she drove a school bus for 25 freaking years and I guarantee a lot of them times she would never passed a field sobriety test

  3. Jason, looking at all the comments, ,are you realizing how something has changed recently with you. You had some right to ask but you fucked up big time. Then you harrassed people on private property. Most bus companies are private contractors,,,but wait,,is this actually a municipal owned bus company..If thats the case and you were on public property ,then please excuse my chiming in. If this truly is a munipal owned company then you have tax payers abuse case. But let me inform you as a commercial 32 year semi truck driver. Commercial bus drivers are governed under FMCA. You do not have a right to demand inspection reports as you have. If you came up to my company semi truck in the same way, you might have a very serious problem. This whole video though was disturbing on your execution. As a commercial driver, I have serious issues with ill trained driver hauling kids around. Believe me ,they're the ones driving wrecklessly, but seriously, you just proved something is going to your head Jason, and I see an arrest in your near future. There was zero structure to this video. However, if for reasons unbeknownst to you for killing time, as a truck driver, I don't just park my truck on some small rural lane disturbing the neighbors. I park it it in an appropriate commercial place or way away from homes. Bus drivers do have time to kill in the beginning morning hours to be close to their rural starts. But,,I dont agree with a big yellow bus parked right in front of my home at 5 am on a rural road. In that case, id just ask the driver to park away a bit. I have more gripes in this world about commercial and non commercial drivers than you could imagine. Its horrendous. Jason, I'm in New London Wisconsin. I'll give you a ride along so you can see from a birds eye view. But this video just stinks

  4. Car 999!
In police code take, a 10-999 = Officer down / officer needs help immediately. This is considered to be an SOS alert that requires immediate attention. In a situation where an officer is down, all available units will respond.

  5. Wow….can you imagine…someone finished a bit early and their killing time. Most jobs in North America people finish early. And hes not obligated to give you his employees name. You…of all people should know that!

  6. You should be embarrassed and pull this video. What if the guy does a half hour of paper work before getting back to the station. Absolutely ridiculous. I was loving these videos until this one.

  7. Honestly most school bus drivers only paid for like 2 hours in the morning and the two hours in the afternoons. That’s it!!! Aaq

  8. If you've never taken 1 second off from work when you've been in work I applaud you, otherwise you're a hypocrite for doing this

  9. I've been watching for a while and I understand where you are coming from. But some days you are argumentative and vague. You bring up the state of the world and then blame these people for being weary. They are doing public jobs in a pandemic when people are vulnerable. My biggest issue in many of these is your lack of consideration for a face mask. You are exercising your rights while making people uncomfortable and in some cases just for the sake of it. You accuse these people of power hunting but it seems you are both on the same level. As usual it is the innocent in the middle that are punished…. workers and community. Dont act like a hero when you are just as much an istagater under the visor of protecting rights. The police have alot to answer for but you are not heroic. Your looking for a fight in some of these videos. Some are great and informative. But others… well you know what I'm talking about. View views i suppose. Thanks for attempting to shine a light on a genuine issue but getting wrapped up in the he said she said not the issues at hand
