11. I find it interesting watching all the auditors but they always seem to be picking only 1 amendment out of the Constitution ie. "First Amendment Auditor" and I've watched as other amendments are also audited during their encounters with law enforcement such as the 4th Amendment. Wouldn't it be more correct to refer to yourself as a "Constitution Auditor?"

12. The first guy was willing to learn and be civil. This is the type of behavior you want to see. Now of course you would like them to already have this knowledge, but we all know the training process is just awful when it comes to these government security positions so it’s great that he was willing to listen to what you had to say and not automatically assume you were in the wrong. He was following the protocol/ procedure that he was told to do is something like this happened. I see a better and smarter worker from this audit and that’s a good thing.

28. The police were doing so good until they tried to explain what the security guards concerns were and went down the path of "terrorisms threats". When the words "Their concerns are…." came out, you should have cut them off and told the Police that THEIR concerns are of NO concern to you and tell them "you are done here. Have a nice evening. Goodbye.".

39. I have watched countless 1st amendment audit videos. 90% of the time when the cops are called over public filming the cops show up. Why can't the dispatcher educate the caller over the phone and not send the cops out? Instead the cops show up and it wastes their time and you never know when a bad cop will show up and escalate the situation.

42. Photography from public property is not a crime and your policy is not the law and does not trump the law.

    Kudos to the security guard. He did the idiocy that his idiot employers required him to do as part of his job but he did not act like someone with a swelled ego who gets their panties in a wad and soaks the kotex at the sight of freedom in action.

    And the officers did pretty good. They did not come out starting to make demands and where more sophisticated and polite when asking for information. They did try the our concern (this day and age) nonsense and the directives so they could pretend they have authority over law abiding people nonsense but they did not push it and left without acting all huffy and outraged that a law abiding citizen did not quiver at their presence.

    I would give the security guard an A and the police an A-.
